Privacy
How The 40 Year Plan handles the information you send through this site.
What we collect
When you send a message, join a waitlist or request a school visit, we get what you type into the form: your name, your email, your phone number if you add it, and details like your athlete's age, your school or your message.
How we use it
To reply to you, plan sessions and school visits, and let you know when a waitlist opens. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for marketing.
Who handles it
This site runs on Cloudflare, and form messages reach Danilo by email through Cloudflare's email service. Registration and the shop run on our separate checkout pages, which have their own privacy terms.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Kids
Our programs are for young athletes, but the forms on this site are meant for parents, guardians and schools. If you're under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to get in touch for you.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time. Email danilo@40yearplan.ca and we'll take care of it.
Who we are
The 40 Year Plan is based in Ontario, Canada, and follows Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA).
